After unveiling the facelifted Rodeo RZ on 7th June to the media, Mahindra has finally launched the scooter on sale. However, Rodeo RZ would be launched in a phase wide manner across the country and the current launch is limited to South India.
The Rodeo RZ is powered by a 125cc Z Series engine which has been tuned to offer better pick-up remaining frugal at the same time. Rodeo RZ gets a the Dual Curve Digital Ignition (DCDI) similar to Duro DZ, which Mahindra claims provides better fuel efficiency.
Here are the prominent features of the scooter (as claimed by Mahindra)
- ARAI certified fuel efficiency of 59.38 kmpl
- 7 interchangeable backlit panel Digital console with tachometer, tripmeter, acceleration timer, odometer, speedometer, over-speed alarm, fuel gauge, clock and side stand buzzer.

- Mobile phone/MP3 charger
- 4-in-1 Anti-theft key
- Available in 7 color options – Mystique Violet, Electric Green and Flame Orange are new additions apart from the regulars
